All stakeholders are also consulted in the framing of rules. This ministry would soon be in a position to bring into force the four Codes, viz., Code on Wages, Industrial Relations, Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSH) and Social Security Codes.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the labor ministry, they had planned to implement the four labor codes from April in the previous year, however, it made its way to 2021. The ministry is in the final stages of amalgamating 44 central labor laws into four broad codes on wages, industrial relations, social security, and OSH.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The portal is being set up by the ministry as per the schedule and will collect all the necessary information on gig, building, and construction workers, among others.
