More than 150 listed companies are slated to go ex\u2011record between September 21 and September 25, covering dividend distributions, bonus issues and stock splits. The list remains tentative, as additional firms could announce further dates before the week ends.<\/p>\n<h2>September 21 \u2013 Dividend payouts across a broad base<\/h2>\n<p>Monday, September 21, marks the record date for roughly 55 companies. The highest dividend announced for the day comes from Maharashtra Scooters, which will pay Rs\u202f160 per share, a figure that dwarfs most other payouts. Bajaj Holdings and Investments and Southern Gas follow with Rs\u202f65 and Rs\u202f60 per share respectively. Dixon Technologies will distribute Rs\u202f10 per share, while defence\u2011oriented Bharat Dynamics (BEL) and Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) will each pay a final dividend of Rs\u202f0.4 and Rs\u202f1 per share.<\/p>\n<p>Mid\u2011tier payouts include Rs\u202f4 per share from CyberTech Systems and Rs\u202f3.75 from Indo\u2011National. Mercury Laboratories, Alicon Castalloy, Chaman Lal Setia Exports and Pee Cee Cosma Sope will each issue Rs\u202f3 per share. A cluster of firms \u2013 Rolcon Engineering (Rs\u202f2.5), GTPL Hathway, Gujarat Apollo Industries, PNB Gilts and Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation \u2013 will all go ex\u2011record with Rs\u202f2 per share.<\/p>\n<p>Two companies, All E Technologies and Asian Star Company, will pay Rs\u202f1.5 per share, while Cords Cable Industries will issue Rs\u202f1.2. A longer list of smaller issuers will each distribute Rs\u202f1 per share, among them CG\u2011VAK Software &#038; Exports, Divyashakti, Keynote Financial Services, Sreeleathers, Sugal &#038; Damani Share Brokers, Veto Switchgears And Cables and Zota Health Care.<\/p>\n<p>Below the Rs\u202f1 threshold, payouts range from Rs\u202f0.7 per share (Cargotrans Maritime) down to Rs\u202f0.05 per share for several micro\u2011payers. Notable low\u2011value dividends include Rs\u202f0.49 from Riddhi Corporate Services, Rs\u202f0.35 from Krishival Foods and Rs\u202f0.25 from GEM Enviro Management. Lancor Holdings will issue a final dividend of Rs\u202f0.2 together with a special dividend of Rs\u202f0.1, while Oricon Enterprises and Rasi Electrodes each pay Rs\u202f0.2.<\/p>\n<h2>September 22 \u2013 High\u2011value dividends and a 1:5 split<\/h2>\n<p>Tuesday, September 22, sees more than 50 companies trading ex\u2011dividend. GOCL Corporation leads the day with a Rs\u202f30 per share final dividend, the largest single payout in the schedule. BEML follows with Rs\u202f12.28 per share and National Peroxide will pay Rs\u202f7 per share.<\/p>\n<p>Other notable mid\u2011range dividends include Rs\u202f3 per share from Mallcom (India), Kilburn Engineering and Repco Home Finance. Lakshmi Finance &#038; Industrial Corporation and Ruchira Papers will each distribute Rs\u202f2.5 per share, while Hindustan Composites and Coral Laboratories will pay Rs\u202f2 per share.<\/p>\n<p>In the Rs\u202f1 to Rs\u202f2 band, KIFS Financial Services will issue Rs\u202f1.55 per share, Jamna Auto Industries Rs\u202f1.5, and NIBE Rs\u202f1.3. Tera Software will pay Rs\u202f1.2, and a dozen additional firms \u2013 including Effwa Infra &#038; Research, Quality Power Electrical Equipments and Brace Port Logistics \u2013 will each pay Rs\u202f1 per share.<\/p>\n<p>Lower\u2011value payouts on Tuesday range from Rs\u202f0.75 (Hindustan Tin Works) to Rs\u202f0.5 per share for firms such as Remus Pharmaceuticals, Commercial Syn Bags, Deccan Cements, Lambodhara Textiles and IRCTC itself. Titan Bio\u2011Tech and Kataria Industries also pay Rs\u202f0.5. The smallest dividends include Rs\u202f0.4 from SMS Pharmaceuticals and Rs\u202f0.25 from KP Energy and NLC India. KPI Green Energy will make a dual payment of Rs\u202f0.25 (final) and Rs\u202f0.15 (special). HFCL will distribute Rs\u202f0.2 per share.<\/p>\n<p>TAAL Tech Ltd. will turn ex\u2011record for a 1:5 stock split, adding a non\u2011dividend corporate action to the day\u2019s agenda.<\/p>\n<h2>September 23 \u2013 Mid\u2011range payouts and a broad base of Rs\u202f1 dividends<\/h2>\n<p>Wednesday, September 23, features over 40 companies. Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) will pay the highest dividend of the day at Rs\u202f9.5 per share. Tyche Industries will distribute Rs\u202f3.5 per share, while Goodluck India and Talbros Engineering each offer Rs\u202f3 per share.<\/p>\n<p>Companies in the Rs\u202f2 to Rs\u202f2.25 range include ICE Make Refrigeration (Rs\u202f2.25) and Gallantt Ispat (Rs\u202f2). Steel Strips Wheels, Asahi Songwon Colors and Haleos Labs will each pay Rs\u202f1.5 per share. MIDHANI (Mishra Dhatu Nigam) will issue Rs\u202f1.25, and HLE Glascoat and JG Chemicals will each pay Rs\u202f1.1.<\/p>\n<p>A sizable group of firms \u2013 Titagarh Rail Systems, Trident Techlabs, Sri KPR Industries, Sunlite Recycling Industries, Rox Hi\u2011Tech and Rithwik Facility Management Services \u2013 will all distribute a flat Rs\u202f1 per share.<\/p>\n<p>Dividends below Rs\u202f1 cover a wide spectrum: Rs\u202f0.8 from Him Teknoforge, Vipul Organics and Austere Systems; Rs\u202f0.75 from Hariom Pipe Industries; Rs\u202f0.7 from Dhabriya Polywood; Rs\u202f0.65 from Skyways Air Services; and Rs\u202f0.6 from PNC Infratech, Aristo Bio\u2011Tech and Lifescience. Several companies will pay Rs\u202f0.5 per share, including Shalibhadra Finance, Signet Industries, New Swan Multitech, Creative Newtech, Premier Explosives and QMS Medical Allied Services.<\/p>\n<p>Further down the scale, payouts of Rs\u202f0.4, Rs\u202f0.3, Rs\u202f0.25, Rs\u202f0.2, Rs\u202f0.15 and Rs\u202f0.1 per share are spread across a long list of smaller issuers such as Satia Industries, KP Green Engineering, Recode Studios, Confidence Futuristic Energetech, Trishakti Industries, Vintage Coffee &#038; Beverages and many others.<\/p>\n<h2>September 24\u201125 \u2013 Limited actions and two stock splits<\/h2>\n<p>Thursday, September 24, sees only two companies fixing record dates. Engineers India (EIL) will go ex\u2011record for a final dividend of Rs\u202f2.5 per share, while Adtech Systems will issue Rs\u202f1.1 per share.<\/p>\n<p>Friday, September 25, includes six corporate actions. Sri Lotus Developers and Realty will each pay a final dividend of Rs\u202f0.5 per share. LGT Global Hospitality and Shreeji Global FMCG will each distribute Rs\u202f0.25 per share. Noble Polymers will issue a modest Rs\u202f0.05 final dividend.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to dividend payouts, two firms will execute stock splits on Friday.
