US Government Launches \u201cUS Tech Force\u201d to Attract AI and Technology Talent<\/p>\n

The United States government, led by Donald Trump has unveiled a new early-career recruitment and talent development initiative aimed at strengthening its technology and artificial intelligence (AI) workforce. The program, named US Tech Force<\/strong><\/em>, is part of the Trump administration\u2019s broader push to modernize federal systems and maintain America\u2019s competitive edge in the global technology landscape.<\/p>\n

      To remain attractive in a highly competitive job market, the program will offer salaries ranging from approximately $130,000 – $195,000.<\/em><\/strong> Kupor emphasized that compensation, combined with exposure to challenging real-world problems, makes the program a strong career accelerator.<\/p>\n
