Hurricane Chris was recently released on bond after being charged with second-degree murder following a shooting incident at a Texaco gas station in Shreveport, LA. Chris spoke out about ordeal for the first time since his arrest and subsequent release. The “A Bay Bay,\u201d rapper asked for prayers for the family of the decedent as well as his during this difficult time and insisted that he will be proven innocent when the facts are laid out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to reports, rapper Hurricane Chris was released on bond after his arrest on Friday for second-degree murder. Jail documents show that Hurricane Chris was released on Sunday, June 21. The 31-year-old is facing charges of one second-degree murder count and one count of Illegal possession of stolen things.<\/span><\/p>\n
