Indian listed firms set record dates for dividends and splits across week

Investors who hold shares in demat accounts will need to keep those positions on record dates announced for a wave of corporate actions this week. More than 150 listed companies are slated to go ex‑record between September 21 and September 25, covering dividend distributions, bonus issues and stock splits. The list remains tentative, as additional firms could announce further dates before the week ends.

September 21 – Dividend payouts across a broad base

Monday, September 21, marks the record date for roughly 55 companies. The highest dividend announced for the day comes from Maharashtra Scooters, which will pay Rs 160 per share, a figure that dwarfs most other payouts. Bajaj Holdings and Investments and Southern Gas follow with Rs 65 and Rs 60 per share respectively. Dixon Technologies will distribute Rs 10 per share, while defence‑oriented Bharat Dynamics (BEL) and Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) will each pay a final dividend of Rs 0.4 and Rs 1 per share.

Mid‑tier payouts include Rs 4 per share from CyberTech Systems and Rs 3.75 from Indo‑National. Mercury Laboratories, Alicon Castalloy, Chaman Lal Setia Exports and Pee Cee Cosma Sope will each issue Rs 3 per share. A cluster of firms – Rolcon Engineering (Rs 2.5), GTPL Hathway, Gujarat Apollo Industries, PNB Gilts and Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation – will all go ex‑record with Rs 2 per share.

Two companies, All E Technologies and Asian Star Company, will pay Rs 1.5 per share, while Cords Cable Industries will issue Rs 1.2. A longer list of smaller issuers will each distribute Rs 1 per share, among them CG‑VAK Software & Exports, Divyashakti, Keynote Financial Services, Sreeleathers, Sugal & Damani Share Brokers, Veto Switchgears And Cables and Zota Health Care.

Below the Rs 1 threshold, payouts range from Rs 0.7 per share (Cargotrans Maritime) down to Rs 0.05 per share for several micro‑payers. Notable low‑value dividends include Rs 0.49 from Riddhi Corporate Services, Rs 0.35 from Krishival Foods and Rs 0.25 from GEM Enviro Management. Lancor Holdings will issue a final dividend of Rs 0.2 together with a special dividend of Rs 0.1, while Oricon Enterprises and Rasi Electrodes each pay Rs 0.2.

September 22 – High‑value dividends and a 1:5 split

Tuesday, September 22, sees more than 50 companies trading ex‑dividend. GOCL Corporation leads the day with a Rs 30 per share final dividend, the largest single payout in the schedule. BEML follows with Rs 12.28 per share and National Peroxide will pay Rs 7 per share.

Other notable mid‑range dividends include Rs 3 per share from Mallcom (India), Kilburn Engineering and Repco Home Finance. Lakshmi Finance & Industrial Corporation and Ruchira Papers will each distribute Rs 2.5 per share, while Hindustan Composites and Coral Laboratories will pay Rs 2 per share.

In the Rs 1 to Rs 2 band, KIFS Financial Services will issue Rs 1.55 per share, Jamna Auto Industries Rs 1.5, and NIBE Rs 1.3. Tera Software will pay Rs 1.2, and a dozen additional firms – including Effwa Infra & Research, Quality Power Electrical Equipments and Brace Port Logistics – will each pay Rs 1 per share.

Lower‑value payouts on Tuesday range from Rs 0.75 (Hindustan Tin Works) to Rs 0.5 per share for firms such as Remus Pharmaceuticals, Commercial Syn Bags, Deccan Cements, Lambodhara Textiles and IRCTC itself. Titan Bio‑Tech and Kataria Industries also pay Rs 0.5. The smallest dividends include Rs 0.4 from SMS Pharmaceuticals and Rs 0.25 from KP Energy and NLC India. KPI Green Energy will make a dual payment of Rs 0.25 (final) and Rs 0.15 (special). HFCL will distribute Rs 0.2 per share.

TAAL Tech Ltd. will turn ex‑record for a 1:5 stock split, adding a non‑dividend corporate action to the day’s agenda.

September 23 – Mid‑range payouts and a broad base of Rs 1 dividends

Wednesday, September 23, features over 40 companies. Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) will pay the highest dividend of the day at Rs 9.5 per share. Tyche Industries will distribute Rs 3.5 per share, while Goodluck India and Talbros Engineering each offer Rs 3 per share.

Companies in the Rs 2 to Rs 2.25 range include ICE Make Refrigeration (Rs 2.25) and Gallantt Ispat (Rs 2). Steel Strips Wheels, Asahi Songwon Colors and Haleos Labs will each pay Rs 1.5 per share. MIDHANI (Mishra Dhatu Nigam) will issue Rs 1.25, and HLE Glascoat and JG Chemicals will each pay Rs 1.1.

A sizable group of firms – Titagarh Rail Systems, Trident Techlabs, Sri KPR Industries, Sunlite Recycling Industries, Rox Hi‑Tech and Rithwik Facility Management Services – will all distribute a flat Rs 1 per share.

Dividends below Rs 1 cover a wide spectrum: Rs 0.8 from Him Teknoforge, Vipul Organics and Austere Systems; Rs 0.75 from Hariom Pipe Industries; Rs 0.7 from Dhabriya Polywood; Rs 0.65 from Skyways Air Services; and Rs 0.6 from PNC Infratech, Aristo Bio‑Tech and Lifescience. Several companies will pay Rs 0.5 per share, including Shalibhadra Finance, Signet Industries, New Swan Multitech, Creative Newtech, Premier Explosives and QMS Medical Allied Services.

Further down the scale, payouts of Rs 0.4, Rs 0.3, Rs 0.25, Rs 0.2, Rs 0.15 and Rs 0.1 per share are spread across a long list of smaller issuers such as Satia Industries, KP Green Engineering, Recode Studios, Confidence Futuristic Energetech, Trishakti Industries, Vintage Coffee & Beverages and many others.

September 24‑25 – Limited actions and two stock splits

Thursday, September 24, sees only two companies fixing record dates. Engineers India (EIL) will go ex‑record for a final dividend of Rs 2.5 per share, while Adtech Systems will issue Rs 1.1 per share.

Friday, September 25, includes six corporate actions. Sri Lotus Developers and Realty will each pay a final dividend of Rs 0.5 per share. LGT Global Hospitality and Shreeji Global FMCG will each distribute Rs 0.25 per share. Noble Polymers will issue a modest Rs 0.05 final dividend.

In addition to dividend payouts, two firms will execute stock splits on Friday. Midwest Energy will carry out a 1:10 split, and Naturite Agro Products will perform a 1:2 split, expanding the number of shares held by eligible investors.

Investors should verify the final record dates and payout details on their brokerage platforms, as companies may still announce additional actions before the week concludes.
