Airtel launches new plans for its customers after Jio and BSNL

During this pandemic situation of the corona crisis different sections of people have suffered and are still suffering in many different ways. For example, Reliance Jio came with one such offer wherein they announced that the Jio customers will be getting 300 minutes of talk time per month on 10 minutes per day basis and another offer offering buys -one -get- one- free kind of offer. This kind of decision helps people living in backward regions to stay connected with their families in times of emergency. Similarly, Bharti Airtel also came out with a somewhat similar offer wherein they made an announcement saying Rs 49 pack will be given for free for 5.5 crore low-income customers. Telecom companies are coming out with such exciting offers to customers to make sure that they stay updated about the latest happenings and stay connected with their family during this emergency kind of situation. 

What is the new offer by Bharti Airtel? What are the benefits of the new plan?

Bharti Airtel is offering Rs 49 pack for free to low-income 55 million subscribers to Airtel’s network ensuring they are connected during this COVID- 19 pandemic. In this particular offer, there is a pre-condition that all prepaid customers of Airtel on buying a recharge pack of Rs 79 will be now getting the double benefit. Getting into detail about the Rs 49 pack, the company will be providing a talk time of Rs 38 and 100 MB data with a validity of 28 days. So total it up, the company is giving a plan of Rs 270 crore to its 55 million (5.5 crores) low-income and backward customers. The company also said that it is offering this as a one-time help to its customers and ensured that they will be giving critical information whenever needed and this offer will be available to people from this week.
