Bharti Airtel also came out with a somewhat similar offer wherein they made an announcement saying Rs 49 pack will be given for free for 5.5 crore low-income customers. BSNL is offering a special offer for their customers wherein they stated that those BSNL prepaid users whose plan validity ended after April 1st will be given 2 months extra validity for free till May 31st. What is the news for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) customers?
BSNL or Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has announced the increase in the validity of its prepaid customers’ mobile numbers. The main point to keep in mind here is that it is only for those customers whose validity expired on or after April 1st. The company further said that these facilities and offers are offered to those users experiencing difficulties due to the second of COVID- 19, movement restrictions imposed by the States, and also to those users who are facing difficulties due to the Tauktae cyclone. One more offer offered by BSNL is that it will be giving 100 minutes of free calling to its affected prepaid customers. It further stated that the extension of plan validity is for 2 months purpose, that is till May 31.
How much should a customer pay to avail of the offer? Till when the offer is valid?
Customers are not supposed to pay anything to avail of this offer. The company has announced this, to make sure that the customers will continue receiving incoming calls till May 31st and also customers need to depend on petty shops for recharging their mobile phones. Last month the company had extended Rs 398 Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) for its customers which had to actually end on April 9th but now this plan has also been extended till July 8th.
